Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Boiled & fried potato cubes-50gms


  • Fried paneer cubes - 50gm


  • Roasted peanuts-1/2 bowl


  • roasted makhana - 1/2 bowl


  • mixed dry fruits(cashewnuts, raisins, almonds) cut into small pieces.) - 1/2bowl


  • salt - 1/4tsp


  • black pepper - 1/4tsp


  • chaat masala-1/4tsp


  • lemon juice - 1tsp


  • Refined oil-1tsp


  • boiled mtar-100gm.

Directions

  • Heat 1tsp oil in a pan.
  • add boiled matar. Cook it for3-4 minutes.
  • add fried potatoes and paneer to it
  • add the the peanuts and all the dry fruits.
  • mix them well. Switch off the gas.
  • add salt, pepper and chaat masala. and mix.
  • In the end add makhana.
  • garnish with fresh dhania leaves
